Business one client not picking SLD server automatically

Hi Team

One of my sap business one user getting errror unable to connect to SLD when he starts his business one client. If i give IP address or server name manually then its connecting. But at the time of business one client start its not picking automatically.Rest all the users are working fine. Even in his system if i login using administrator user its working fine. I am facing issue with only his windows login.

Please suggest suitable soluton.

While using the user's Windows login, execute SAP Business One client as administrator: fill in the IP address once more. The next time you start the client, it should not ask for the server anymore.

If it does, the Windows user might not have sufficient rights to start programs as administrator. A reinstallation of the client and checking network threat detection in AV have also been reported to work.
