Thanks in advance.

Hi,

It should not be a problem to find out when the EDI was sent to the external system.

Just find out the creation date and creation time of the consignment notes in SAP. Once that is known, go to WE19, and give this time plus a time of say 10min in From and To buttons and find out all the IDOCs which are outbound.

If you just explore this list of very few IDOCs (as the time frame is very less) you can find the IDOC numbers which were created.

Another easier way

In the consignment notes, there will be an output which would have triggered this EDI. Go to that output in output screen and check the processing log. It will give you the IDOC number which is processed as a part of that Output type.

Once the IDOC number isfound, you can go to WE02 , give the number and then find out hte IDOC type, Message type etc.

Once that is known, you can base your search based on these parameters in WE19 and find out hte list of IDOCs generated.

The same can be used for Manifests (though I dont know what manifest is , it is not a term in standard SD)
