How to do I make conditional formula to display items?

I use Sage 100, and the company I work for has several warehouses.

The report already displays all items on warehouse "x", a long with the available quantities for each, but now what I want to do is find a formula that shows items on warehouse "y" that are also on warehouse "x", and their available quantities. Basically, if an item is available on warehouse x, then show its availability on warehouse y.

I hope this is clear.

If you are using Sage, then it is not an SAP product; I recommending posting this question on one of their forums

Is this a new report?

If yes copy report and save with a new name.

In Select Filter add clauses

and (Warehouse in ('X' , 'Y') and itemqtyfield <> 0)

Sort report by ItemNumber, Warehouse

If you want to do in existing report it will be more complex and will require report to be Grouped as above and use variables. let me know.
