How to delete Appropriation request along with project using any function module or BAPI?

Hi Friends,

I was trying to delete Appropriation request using the BAPI : "BAPI_APPREQUEST_DELETE" but it is throwing the following error : "Deleting app.request not allowed - it is assigned to inv.prog". So how to delete the Appropriation Request ?

Along with that please tell me how to delete the project with was created at the time of Appropriation Request creation ?
