What does OITM.avgPrice calculate?

I have an inventory query on OITM that displays Last Evaluated Price and Average Price

What is Average Price? (OITM.avgPrice)

Our valuation method is set to Moving Average, which as I understand, is how Last Evaluated Price (OITM.lstevPrice) is calculated, but I can't find information on what Average Price is and why it's different than a Moving Average

These two fields provide different values per item on the query, so I don't believe they are the same.
