Text From the Org unit

Hi,

Is there any function module that returns the text maintained in the BASIC data TAB for the Organizational Unit.(PPOMA_CRM-Tcode).

Please suggest.

Hello Neeraj,

Start with the function module

BAPI_PDOTYPES_GETDETAILEDLIST

The entire org data is available in Infotype 1000 in table HRP1000. If you the object type (For example S - Position etc) and the object id, STEXT usually contains what you are interested in.

Hi Easwar,

Thanks for the answer.But the thing is I require the text entered in the TEXT EDITOR which is in the BASIC DATA tab.

The text which you are talking about is about the descrpition of the org unit.Please suggest.
