Crystal Report content management issue

Hello Team,

I have below questions related to crystal reports implementation:

1.How can we apply border to details section in crystal report?

2.How can we show all the contents of the report on one single page without breaking it in multiple pages?

3.As shown below, I am using cross tab in my report for showing sales category sub total below the report table.

As shown above I am showing total of sub totals (as $450) and label for this total is ‘Total’. I want to show text as ‘Pune City Sales Total’ instead of just ‘Total’ in cross tab. Is there any way to achieve this?

(‘Pune City Sales’ above the table is my group header)

Can anyone please help me with above queries?

1. Draw a box that runs from the group header to the group footer. That way it will expand as the number of details increase. You can use horizontal and vertical lines to get the lines between the columns and rows. However, if you plan on exporting this to Excel, the lines won't appear but you'll get extra columns and rows where the lines should be.

2. Are the pages expanding horizontally or vertically? Horizontal expansion to multiple pages happens when cross-tabs need more horizontal room. The only way to possibly prevent this would be to make the font smaller so that you can shrink the width of the cross-tab columns. Vertical expansion happens when there are too many items to fit on a page. You can shrink down or suppress the page header and footer sections, or shrink the font, set the "y" value to 0 for all objects in their "Size and Position" so they're at the very top of the section, and then put the bottom of the section at the bottom of the objects to shrink how much vertical size is covered by a section. However, if you're data contains many records in the group, the report will expand to multiple pages.

3. Have you tried editing the "Total" label? I'm not sure whether it's possible to add the label for the group whose section the cross-tab is displayed, but it's worth a try.
