FIORI: app-Track Sales Order

Hello Fiori Gurus

After we installing the standard APP Track Saler Order. all works fine other than when i click each SO item to go to detail page, in the Item Detail page, all fields are empty

plz help advise ?

    there is no any error ,

    -batch_bfde-20ed-b775 Content-Type: application/http Content-Transfer-Encoding: binary

    GET OrderItems(ItemNumber='000100',SalesOrderNumber='4000000551')?$expand=ScheduledItems

    in gateway client, as tested, above query is not working , but if i remove expland option, then there is value returned back from backend

    Hi,

    check this note. 1991062 - Empty incoterms field in OData of Track Sales Orders

    Please also make sure the frontend and backend addons are with latest SP's.

      the changes of this note is already there in the method.so it can not be implemneted.

      moreover , all informaiton in Iteam Detail can't be displayed, not only incoterms.

    Hi Rui,

    Can you share the system version ? S4HANA or ECC ? If S4, it should be 1709. If ECC please share the component SP versions for backend and frontend.

    • yes, all so header information and order items can be displayed well. no issue at all.

      the issue is only when click each iteam and go into Item Deatails.
