SAP License Type PERM

Hi Julie,

I have followed the blog in the following URL to install new license for the NW ABAP 7.52 developer edition. However, the system type remains as PERM after I deleted the existing license and installed the new license. Is there any concern?

Also, when I create a test program via SE38, it does not ask me for developer key. Am I missing anything here?
