I have created CV01n and attached a document from my PC. After saving it, and then if we want to view the data the system gives a pop up.

"Network address DEFAULT of your computer is not

maintained"

Now what i have to do.

Hi Manmadhan,

go to tcode Dc20 (Define data carrier) click on Define data carrier type "server, front end", new entry, define there, Ty as PC, give some description, save it.

Select that one, and click on Identify frontend computers, there is a tab default entry click on it and save it.

whatever the error are coming because your address is not default.

Can we have more than one network drives to save the data? My requirement is i have 4 network locations where i can store the data. How can i configure them(a step by step procedure to configure a networ drive will be of great help).

i tried doing this

1.Go to DS20

2.Define "Data carrier type server,front end"

3. Go to New entries

4. Created a new data carrier type "PC" and given a network path against it

5. Define mount point/logical drives

But i have no clue how can i get this data carrier listed when i create a document!
