Is there any way to link purchase requisitions to specific work orders?

I am a Planner for Facilities and we (MRO and Planning) use some of the Buyer Codes to flag purchase requests that need further information to place the order. I've have access to ME5A but I don't see any way to list the associated work order number. Ideally, I'm looking for a report that will list specific buyer codes, purchase requistions, and associated work orders.

Did you check the direct report ME5K where you can use the work order in the selection and get the report.
