Change of electronic bank file ==> 1 missing day

My Companyupload electronic bank statement received from the bankevery working day . They use a specific transaction similar to FF_5 which import the file in SAP and post them in FI . Today The Electronic Bank statement contains data of 2 business days before (DD-2) For example Wednesday file contains Mondays Dataand Thursdays file contains Tuesdays data. This is the current situation .

Recently our bank begins to produce a new electronic bank Statement (a new file with a new name ). This new file contains data of the previous business day .For example Wednesday file contains Tuesday Dataand Thursdays file contains Wednesday data. So our bank produce two EBS (electronic bank statement) the old one contains data of 2 business days before and the new one contains data of the previous day(one business day before)

Till today we integrate only the old EBS , now we want to stop it and integrate the new EBS which has never been integrated yet because it contains more recent informations .

Objective :

Stop integration of the old EBS and Begin integration of the new EBS (the new EBS replace the old one )

The problem :

The two EBS contains the same account and correspond to the same bank so THE FIRST DAY I will stop integrating the old EBS and replace itby the new I will lose the data of one day .

LETS ASSUME THE FIRST DAY I REPLACE THE NEW EBS BY THE OLD ONE IS A FRIDAY

We will then lose Wednesday data .

Illustration :

Lets say we decide to integrate the new EBS on Friday (and stop integration of the old EBS)

Integration of new EBS on Friday è We get data of the previous day , Thursday .

But as we begin the integration on Friday , on Thursday we integrated the last old EBS wich contains data of Tuesday .

So on Friday we have :

Data on Thursday integrated (thanks to the new EBS )

Data of Tuesday integrated (Thanks to the old EBS integrated the day before )

No data integrated for Wednesday .It is the problem How can I integrate data of the missing day .
