account assignment M in purchase order

Hi Gurus,

my client is having mto scenario.

after running MRP .PR(for sub contractor) is generated.

while adopting to create p.o system giving following error.

"Combination item category L/account assignment category M not defined"

Message no. ME066

pls clarify me how to solve this error & give some information relating to account assignment M.

Go to SPRO-MM-Purchasing-Account Assignment-Define Combination of item category L/account assignment category and Maintain Combination for Acct Assig M with your Item category & Save.

Maintain combination of item category & account assignment in OMG0 of your requirement.

Hi,

Goto SPRO > Materials mnagement > Purchasing > Account assignment >Define combination of Item category/ Account assignment category

Define here your combination.
