SLD Configuration

Dears,

We are using ECC5 system that contains ABAP+JAVA stack.

My issue is that in my portal when I go to Content Administration->Webdynpro

There create JCO Connection,Maintain JCO connection options are not active.

And when I click on Test SLD connection,It checks SLD connection to different system of my landscape.

Beside it when i goto http://172.168.1.4:50000/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tc_lmwebadmin_mainframewd/WebAdminApp

It shows:

System Landscape Directory is not accessible

Only local system can be administered

Please suggest how can i solve this error.
