Condition text in Chinese version

Hi SAP Gurus,

I have one query from the client like

01. We have one Global system in English (DXR) and it does not have Chinese Version(ZH).

02. We have local system (DYR) in English and Chinese.

My Problem is

There are some haulage condition Tables(T_05) are maintained in (Global)DXR and made it available in DYR(Local).

But now User can see the u201CKey combinationu201D of this Condition Description in English (login) in TK11 Transaction

But if the user opened in ZH login, he can see the Radio buttons only.( we need to display the Description in Chinese now)

Please help me to do the settings to make it available in Both the languages in Both Login
