Reversal not possible; the original document no longer exists in ledger &

Hi,

Customer has a old company code with classic GL and we create a new company code in the NewGL in the same client. The golive was today. When the user try to reverse a document by TBB1, the error message appears:

"Reversal not possible; the original document no longer exists in ledger &."

This is because the old document belongs to the classic GL and the NewGl was activated in the client level. We applied the note 2266372 but the error persists.

Should we run a plan migration now? Is there anything that we can do to copy these items from GLT0 to the FAGLFLEXT?

We're on release 604 and 0012 SP.

How can we proceed?

Hi

Until all the data is migrated to new GL, nothing should have been posted into system. The only option in case you want to use the system is to plan for a migration, else you will continue having such kind of problems forever !!!
