HTTP 503 Service unavailable- custom UI5 application from WebIDE

I developed an SAPUI5 application and after every few minutes of idle time, we met a message that 503 - service unavailable. How do we handle this timeout exception in UI5 applications? What is the general practice?thanks in advance.

Hi Alessandro,

But does the issue occur once the app is deployed into your system (that is, does the 503 error is related to the app itself) or is it a connectivity issue in your webIDE account?

Check the proxy settings in the SAP Cloud Connector client (test also in the way that you leave the user/password field empty and specify only host and port).
