BI reporting tool to extract more than 1 million records

Hi Experts,

I just wanted to know what BI solutions are available to extract more than 1 million records in reports? BEx tool has limitations and I'm looking for alternate options? Any recommendations with SAP BO webi or Tableau?

Great alternative: Analysis for Office for Excel 64 bits.

MUST BE 64 bits.

Up to now, there is no known limitation

AO will be a handy tool. Due to the nature of the business some of the users require data extracts which sometimes exceed 1 million rows. We have already using Open hub destinations for file transfer to external systems.

It depends on what are you trying to achieve with those one million records.

Do you really want to create a report with one million rows, or you need to export them into another system?

The first one is not realistic (tool wise and end user wise), so my guess is that you need the second one, so maybe Open Hub Destination should match your requirement.

Open Hub can generate CSV file or transfer data to 3rd party database tables, have multiple option for source of data and you can also manipulate the data again with transformation.
