Hi Everyone,
We have our SAP C4C tenant connected via SAP PI middle-ware to an application maintained by third -party. We are using Manage Ticket interface to create and update Service Ticket.
Ticket creation works fine when we pass the request from SAP PI.
When we try to update a Ticket we are having some issues.
Please see the document attached with the Update request and Update response structure.
Regards
Samit
Dear Samit Patnaik,
The error could be due to <BusinessTransactionDocumentReference actionCode="02"/>. Try to remove this and execute the ws call - check the result.
