scm dbm error

hai every one,

We have installed scm 5.0 box, We have an issue in configuration of live cache, we have followed the SAP live cache post installation steps till config of LCA ,LDA and LEA.Then we click on the live cache monitoring for LCA,we got a window Error DBMCLI_COMMAND_EXECUTE_ERROR when starting and error code is 29464.
