Hi,
One of our client has experienced this hen they tried to print delivery but prior to print, they want to display the UDF. The terminal server has been in high memory. I mean there is no enough memory to execute your UDF. Try to restart the server.
What version and PL are you using ?

Problem may exist either on your Terminal Server B1 client installation or your UDF itself.
Check both by reinstalling B1 on that Terminal Server and run query for your UDF.
Besides log to SAP support, you can check something out by yourself.
Thanks,
Gordon
