Mass print service orders

Hi, I've been struggling with a way to mass generate pdf's (or print) service orders without the need of confirmation for every order. If it would be possible it would save me a huge amount of time and I don't need to break my finger just clicking the OK button 10000 times .

Hi,

Kindly see SAP KBA 1891689 - "Multiple popups when printing order papers from IW38" which describes how to activate "No Device Selection at frontend" option in trans. SPAD. Enabling this option will result in using the "__DEFAULT" printer at frontend printing.

Also, please see SAP Note 821519 - "Front-end printing with control technology" for more information about frontend printing.

This was no popup window window appear at all.
There is no direct setting to get only one popup window, although I would recommend the following as a workaround.
At the Print Screen List (where you can select the output device, number of copies etc.) there is an option available: 'Do not Append jobs'.
Please uncheck it, so it will create only one spool request instead of the mentioned 10000 requests. This way only one popup window will appear.
Kindly consider that,with this setting the spool requests are going to be considerably larger.

Though it is not recommended to use frontend printing for mass printing. Instead please use access method S or C for windows , U or L for Unix.
