Pick and Pack Manager - Due Date Error

Dear All,

One of our clients is using SAP Business One 9.2 PL10 HF2. They are facing an issue in Pick and Pack Manager.

When a user changes the due date in a sales order after creating a sales order, the pick and pack manager is filtering the sales order based on the old delivery date and not on the changed delivery date.

For example, the user created a due date of 11/04/2018 and created a sales order. Then the user changed the date to 25/04/2018. But while running the pick and pack manager, SAP is not showing the sales order when the user gives the due date of 25/04/2018 but the Sales order is shown when the due date is given as 11/04/2018.

Any solution or workaround?

Hi

The pick and pack manager uses the date that is entered in the "Del. Date" field in the Sales Order LINE. It is not clear from your question which date was changed, i.e., was the Delivery/Due Date changed on the Sales Order HEADER or LINE? If you are changing the header date then the answer to your question is that you need to change the line date. If however you are changing the line date then it would appear that you there may be an issue that should be reported through the regular support channels for investigation.
