Missing Text in GUI

Hi

Couple of users, when they open dialog boxes in SAP GUI 7.10 the window name is not displayed

GUI Patch level is all the same

If a user logs onto Computer A it works fine - Dialog Window names are displayed

If the same user logs onto Computer B they don't get Windows names.

Any ideas?

Hi Tin,

Please try this one.

I encountered this error while accessing the sbwp. The window name is blank.

Uninstall your SAP GUI. Delete SAP Folder in Program files and install again your GUI.

Are you talking about the description across the title bar?

If that is the case, the behavior is the name will display when the window is not selected, and the menu options will display when the window is selected.
