We are using an LSMW to update postal addresses in SAP. The LSMW has been designed to call report RSADRLSM02.
We were using object type 610 (cities) first and we mapped city name, province in the file. We do not have city codes (as our source file doesnt have that). But looks like it may be a mandatory thing. How is this handled ? How would it be handled for new cities (which do not have any city code as yet) ? I beleive some change needs to be made in field mapping portion.
Additionally, while running the LSMW with object for postal code , even though new postal codes are created successfully, they are not related to any city (hence remain not useful). Could someone please suggest the way out?
