    Hi there,

Yes possible. You can have 3 line items. 1st being TAN item, 2nd TANN item for the 1st item, 3rd being a TAS item.

For having TANN in your order, you shouold have maintained the free goods condition records for the 1st line item TAN.

When there is a TAS item, it will have a different schedule line catg CS basing on which a PR is created for that item. PR - PO conversion takes place which will raise a PO to the vendor. Vendor will then process delivery for the TAS item. When you receive the goods into your plant, you do a GR which will post / increase the TAS item stock in your plant. Then you will fulfill the delivery LF with all 3 items.

    Regards,

    Hello,

Try it in your test system.

Maintain free goods for any material, enter the material in the sales order make sure the free goods are getting determined. After this add the third party material as another item and change the item category to TAS, if the item category group of the material is not BANS.

Check ehther the third party item is generating PR.... Then process the same. Create delivery for the free good material and the freegoods.

I have not tried the combination, but you may try and findout.

    Hi

Yes, it is possible. Practically also, the enduser creating the order will not be aware of the item categories, material types etc., Based on the line items, the delivery split will happen.

If you want to get the same delivery date for all the line items in the sales order, you have to create the delivery group. If the delivery group is created in the sales order itself, though the system already determined different schedule lines for different line items, when the sales order is saved after creating the delivery group, automatically all the schedule lines will redetermine the delivery dates to a singel date.

    Thanks,

    Ravi
