conversion program for AVL using Flat File

Have anyone used the function module,

BBP_PD_AVL_CREATE to create Supplier list..

i want to write a conversion program which creates Supplier list from a flat file, But I am able to fill the relevant parameters in order to create it. Any sample program or standard programs available to do Mass Upload for AVL Creation from Flat file.
