Hello.
I'm having some problems with the pdf attachments in SRM, in the shopping cart.
In the MDM Data Manager, I can attach a PDF file in the PDF field and it shows "No Thumbnail".
In the MDM-SRM mapping OCI, I have tried to add different PDF fields to the NEW_ITEM_ATTACHMENT and the only difference I see is in the shopping cart, the field of the attachments has a new line, but is empty.I don't know if it requires changes in other definitions.
This is something that I haven’t experience since I am a beginner.
Can someone help me with this issue?
