9.2 Form UI Problem

Hi All

I have added another tab in the Business Partner Master Data and put my UDF in this tab by editing thru the function Edit Form UI.

After doing so, other fields in the tabs are no longer visible. As you can see, before adding additional tab, the field Payment Terms can be seen properly

But after adding the tab I have difficulty in the UI. Payment Terms field can no longer be visible properly.

What could be the cause and how can I resolve this?

    Hi,

    You are adiding new seperate tab or new fields in payment terms tab ?

    • It happens due to positioning of new tabs which moves heading of existing tabs down automatically and payment terms field gets covered by payment terms tabs. Here two option option 1 works sometimes perfectly but option 2 works each time

      Option 1: Press Cntrl and left mouse click and drag up position of new tab it will move other tabs headings up automatically.

      Option 2 : Easiest way is on ui click on payment terms field and move it down by two or three levels

      I was able to reproduce the same scenario and resolve by option 2, see attached

      screen shots.

    open a blank item master document then click tools-Edit form UI, then look for the missing field , resent it and then right click to save.
