How to parameterize the Priority in BPM?

Hi experts,

In BPM Inbox there is a column called 'Priority'. It has below values:

VERY_HIGH (Very High)
HIGH (High)
MEDIUM (Medium)
LOW (Low)
VERY_LOW (Very Low)

1. Does anyone know when Priority is changed from one value to another, that's to say, from VERY_LOW to next one, until VERY_HIGH, and reversed?

2. If the change behavior doesn't meet my requirement, can I customize the behavior?

3. Is it possible to allow the end-user to select the default value of Priority? Because now Priority is not parameterized. Default value can only be selected when developing.

Hi Abe

You can check this blog about oData. I think you will need to custom development something to take this.

Collection of Tasks

https://blogs.sap.com/2014/09/04/bpm-odata-implementing-a-custom-task-inbox/

Task entity has already been mentioned in this blog post when the retrieval of task metadata was described

Kind regards,
