Data Services Designer Error BODI-1112172

We have BODS 4.2 installed on Win 2008 R2 Server, using MS-SQL Server 2012.

Recently we had change in the IP addresses of both, the BODS and the DB servers. The following steps were done post that to the configurations:

- updated IP address of DB server in all ODBC DSNs on the BODS server

- updated the DS repository databases through IPS CMC. All repositories show as Active.

- updated DSCONFIG.TXT to reflect new IP address.

However, when we try to connect to a repository in the data services designer it gives an error:

ERROR: ODBC call <SQLDriver Connect> for data source <> failed: <[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist or access denied. [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]ConnectionOpen(Connect()).> Notify Customer Support. (BODI-1112172)

The IP address shown in the error message is the old database server IP.

Any suggestions on where else an update of IP address or change of configuration is required?
