Hi,
I need some help with enabling a task for the IC WebClient.
I've created a tx Task and used copy control to make it available as a follow-up to a service order / serviceticket.
The follow-up task is visible (and editable) in both the GUI (crmd_order) and the normal WebUI. However, it is not visible and editable as a follow-up in the IC WebClient. Í'm not sure what to do anymore. Do I need to assign a new kind of profile to my business role?
