Refurbishment process for subcontracting

Hello,

Can i know how will handle the subcontracting process thru refurbishment Process,without activating any switch?

I see that if i activate DIMP ,i will get the ADSUBCON and some other functionality enabled. But is is required so many testing effort... as well as licencing issue.

Kindly let me know how will manage this scenario thru refurbishment order.
