"Calendar number not valid" warning message appearing during access of transaction code CM21

Hi All,

System is displaying "calendar number not valid" warning message during access of transaction code : CM21 as shown below and able to proceed to further after pressing OK button to Graphical planning table. However, warning message is not appearing during access of transaction code CM22- Tabular planning table. Planning calendar assigned to plant and work center is valid till year 2022. Any inputs would be helpful.Thanks.

Hello Rajesh, Potentially, it's related to not valid calendar in capacity interval assigned to some of the workcenters you have in CM21 selection, or in the selection of the workcenters there are some which don't have working capacity interval open in entire planning/evaluation period of graphical planning table. Check capacity master-data of the workcenters (especially intervals and shifts section).

Your error message looks like something related to the SAP GUI. That would explain why do you see the error in the graphical transactions, which are using the SAP GUI graphical libraries but not in the tabular transactions.

I would suggest you to apply the latest SAP GUI patch to your computer and test it again. See details below:
