Error in Move-out reversal

Hi,

Could anyone please tell me how can we reverse a move-out case in which we are finding an error message "Record 12 7 not found in table BCONTA" and "Message no. R2033".We are trying to reverse move-out case by using transaction code EC58E.

vats that 12 and 7 have u gven any input as 12 and 7 like bp number or ca number???

I am giving move-out date and business partner as input parameters and nothing else.

HI vash

follow the steps and u will get the error solved

go to sm30

and enter in the table name bconta

2.click the find icon in the top(binaucular)

3.u will get a pop up box with 2 displayes select BCONTCA

4.and now click maintain

5.and now u will know vat data is missng yes.. its the contact class details missing ..

6.maintain in class with numbers 12 and for another class 7 with any inputs

hope u got my point...

In our list of contact class i did not find any entry for 12.

thats the error man maintain an entry for 12 as a class

i have clearly explained in the ealrier post

actually vat u need to maitain is that just make ant entry in the class cloumn for 12 and 7 thats it

try making for 12 and then will see the error displayed just for 7 then

hope u rgetting my point

there is no entry for 12 as contyact class and sap system is asking u to make an entry foir 12 and 7 as a contact class.

Hi Vash,

I think..u have not mainted the BCONTA for the two fields class and action. u maintain that ur issue wil be closed.

Maintain the data through SM30.
