Change Log problem

Dear all,

Would like to know about the Module -> Change log, i have searched about the help file but it doesn't mention about the color meaning in the Change log.

Can somebody kindly tell know what does the green color and blue color means in the Change log?

In BP master, I've highlighted two rows and press the Show Differences button to see the changing, but for example, it only show the changing of some fields( just for example the User Signature field but not the Telephone 1 field)
