Hi Gurus,

I need to write a report which has Ability to track the date, time, valid period and user who issued the document for quotation

Please guide me how to configure this Step wise.

I would appreaciate your help...

"user who issued the document for quotation" ... I am presuming that user who has created the quotation in system. If so, there is a standard report VA25 which will give the data required by you. Fields in the report are as below:

1) date : Doc.Date, Created on

2) time : Time

3) valid period : Valid from, Valid to

4) user : Created by

Dear Manish

Just go to VA25 and execute. You will get all the details like Created by, Created on, Valid From and Valid To in this report. Alternatively, if you want to execute via SE16, input table VBAK and see for the following fields:-

- ERNAM:::::::::::::::Created by

- ERDAT::::::::::::::::Created on

- ANGDT::::::::::::::::Valid from

- BNDDT:::::::::::::::::Valid To

- AUDAT::::::::::::::::::Document date
