ESS Working Time screen redisplays time entries incorrectly

On our ESS Working Time screen, when an employee enteres in their time for multiple Internal Orders and then redisplays (Refreshes) the screen, all their time in the "Hours" cubes "float" up to the top of the matrix occupying any blank cells above.

Example:

Employee enters in time for 3 Internal orders (on 3 rows).

Internal Order Mon. Tues. Wed. Thurs. Fri.

20000010 .................................8

20000020 ............................................8...........8

20000030......................................................................8.........8

Then the employee redisplays (Refreshes) the screen:

Internal Order Mon. Tues. Wed. Thurs. Fri.

20000010................................8...........8..........8...........8.........8

20000020

20000030

The employee thinks that the time entered has now all been applied to Internal Ord. 20000010 and nothing to the other Internal orders.

But, when we look at the time the employee entered in the backend via CAT2 the time displays correctly.

Has anyone here seen this before? I can't seem to find anything referencing this in SAP Notes.

Thanks.

Scott.

But isn't 1112545 applicable only for ECC5.0?

We are on ECC 5.

I will have that note applied. Thank you very much for the info.

I too have noticed a similar thing happen.. the Refresh button is not consistent and we actually disabled it altogether.. as the Review option does the validations anyway... Also, the Std SAP response against WebDynpro timesheet issues is that, it doesn't mimic CAT2..

So I guess SAP does not have a correction for this type of problem? Thats kind of crazy. There has to be something out there to solve this screen redisplay issue.
