Tab Control

Hi all.....I'm wanting to be able to use the Tab key to go from one role to another in the portal (this is for ADA/accessibility purposes). I have a number of roles (i.e. Home, ESS, MSS, HR Administrator, etc). Currently, when I hit Tab, it doesn't go from role to role. I need the functionality to do this, plus I'd also need for when I tab to a role, that the workset items below come up so I can can tab through these as well. If anyone can guide me as to how/where I need to do this, I'd be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Steve

    Hi Stevan,

I kinda understand what you want to accomplish.

Well, for the first requirement, I am not too sure, but for your second requirement you can implement the hover menu.

    https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/6066b302-09c8-2a10-a894-eb9fef30df85

From the above link, download the par file and add the create a par iview and assign it to the default framework and you are good to go.

You might also want to check this

    https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/c0a1aea5-a2d1-2a10-c6bc-953bdadfdcb8

    Update :

When you implement the hover menu, and hit the tab, it does move to the next role, but only after the worksets that are present under the role.

    Ex: Role A, Role B

Role A has a,b,c worksets included

You hit tab and after moving from a, b, c you would find the tab on role B.

    P.S This is on NW2004s sp13

    Good Luck!

    Cheers,
