How to accept deleted service entry sheet,

hi,

Use T.Code: ML81N, Click on other purchase order. Enter the Entry sheet/Purchase order number you want to accept.Then the details will be copied, then click on change and then click on revoke acceptance icon.Then click on green flag,if o/p is ok then save it.

my question is i already deleted the service entry sheet, and i want the same service entry sheet to be reovke and accept.

Dear Jairaj,

I have simulated the scenario in qa client it is not possible to revoke a deleted serv. entry sheet also it is necessary to say that when u give the swerv. entry number in Other pur order tab thenur deleted serv. entry gets displayed but here is no any change tab to revoke the same , hence the deleted serv entry can not be used to process again, u hv to create a new serv. entry sheet for ur procedure. pl give pts for efforts .

Hi

You cannot accept deleted entry sheets. If you want to use same one, then only option is to copy it to another (create with reference to it).

Instead of deleting you can use option block.

Hi

Instead of deleting the entry sheet, you can set block indicator it means SES will be in inactive status & can be reuseable. instead of creating one more SES, simply we can unblock it can accept. It is more or less like block indictor in purchase order. If you delete SES means you cannot reuse the same.

Hi,

Use T.Code: ML81N, Click on other purchase order. Enter the Entry sheet/Purchase order number you want to cancel. Then the details will be copied, then click on change and then click on revoke acceptance icon.After revoking SES click on Delete icon, So that the SES will get deleted.

Hi,

Go to ML81N - Enter the Service entry sheet, Click on change , Clik on Revoke acceptance (Ctrl + F2) & save the Service entry sheet.
