Output issue - requirment 62 not working

I have assigned standard output requirement routine 62 (LV61B062) to the output condition type in the output determination procedure. But output being triggered even though no accounting generated for the billing document. Our requirement is output shouldn't be triggered when there is no accounting document generated for Invoice. Tried to debug the routine, routine got catch up and making SY-SUBRC = 4 at that moment but later standard program making it as SY-SUBRC = 0 and output processed successfully. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Hi, requirement 62 checks following status, could you please check which fulfills the checking and make sy-subrc to zero?

SY-SUBRC = 4.
CHECK : KOMKBV3-UVALL CA ' C'.
CHECK : KOMKBV3-UVPRS CA ' C'.
CHECK : KOMKBV3-UVALS CA ' C'.
CHECK : KOMKBV3-RELIK EQ SPACE.
CHECK : KOMKBV3-RFBSK EQ 'C'.

Standard output program and standard routine worked perfectly fine for us, so I believe we'd need to see it to believe it. Post your output configuration, the routine code, and output determination analysis results.

Note: when output is added manually, requirements are not checked. Countless times we got calls from panicking users that an invoice was generated and every single time someone forced it manually.

Are you sure this routine is not enhanced, and exactly in the delivered form?
