C4C Pricing component is added on top

Hello,

We are using Sales Quote & External Pricing replication with SAP S/4 HANA cloud.

After requesting the price from the SAP ERP system (S/4 HANA Cloud) we would like to add a manual price component (discount in %) which also exists as a pricing component in SAP S/4.

However when we add manually the price component, it's added on the top instead of adding it below

The additional price component should be added after the standard price.

I have checked the Business Configuration but I'm not allowed to change the access sequence as I suggest this comes from the related SAP system

The payloadresponse show that the PPR0 (standard price) has ordinal value 020 and DRN1 (manual added discount) 210

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

You cannot influence this behavior in C4C. We follow the SAP ERP logic. The step will be added to the corresponding line in ERP after external pricing is triggered.

We recommend to add item price elements that are commonly maintained to the price result to the PRODUCT table via fine-tuning activity.
