Authorization set up for quantity'0'

How to set an autorisation for grpo quantity- incase the quatity is '0' client need to set an autorization for certain users. Can we create a query forthis and link into autorization?

Hi Joe,

Approval procedure can be set up in this case by a user query. Authorazation can only be tied in with menu items or by document onwers.

Hi,

SAP B1 standard definition is not allow zero quantity in document PO, SO, and all other documents. Approval procedure can use store procedure transaction notification to make a validation. you would better to use approval procedure standard SAP B1.

It is not possible to directly do this with Authorization.

As an alternate,

open Authorizations Window -> Sales A/R -> Documents with Zero Amounts set to 'No Authorization'

This will not allow documents with 0 amounts. Means, Quantity with 0 will not be allowed.
