no steps are needed, they can run together at the same time on the same server (different ports). If you don't have IIS installed you can simply add it in the add/remove programs/business objects (requires IIS and .net 1.1 or 2.0) be installed prior to adding.
You can remove tomcat at that time or reselect it and then bopth will be installed.
