How can we do configuration to update table field s006-vrtnr ( Sales Employee ) during sales invoice .

If you are using partner function PE and create the partner function using PAL1/VPE1, then the info structure should be updated. Check whether the partner function PE is flowing into the sales documents also. If not look at partner determination configuration at document type level.

The table s006 is already being updated. but the field s006-vrtnr ( Sales Employee ) is not updating .

Hi,

To update sales employee for LIS, you can use function partner PE in your partner procedure.

Are you sure that's this function partner ?

Hi,

To update the infostructure S006, you can add a sales employee in partner data for your sold-to-party.

Create sales employee (VPE1) and add this partner for your sold-to-party.

Check with Tcode VOPAN if this function partner is assigned in partner procedures.

LIS configuration needs to be done and proper master data has to be maintained.

1) Statistics update at header level should be configured for your sales area in OVRO.

2) Statistics update at item level should be configured for your sales area in OVRP.

3) In Customer master and material master statistics group should be filled.

Once these settings are done all the SD info structures including S006 will be updated regularly.

I am not sure if you can but try Configuration for LIS. SPRO -> LOGISTICS GENERAL -> LOGISTICS INFORMATION SYSTEM
