High 5minLoadAverage in SAP PI server 7.31 SP5

Hi ,

We have seen that our Production SAP PI server has a high 5minLoadAverage through out the day. And after 10 days of any restart the the load average reduces along with the CPU utilization.

Can you provide a solution or where to start debugging this kind of issue.

We are using dual stack where we have mix of both classical configurations and ICO configurations.

Hi Praveen,

We have done analysis using the document. But we have not yet been able to identify the root cause of our issue. Over a period of time the server perfomance gradually degrades. First few days after restart the server is all fine but after a week or so we start seeing perfomance issue which inturn leads to messages not being processed as expected.

Let us know if you have encoutered this sort of issue and what could be causing this.

Are you using Advance Adepter Engine ?
