Minimum Lot Size

i set some material MRP1->Minimum Lot Size value , after MRP , the Purch.Req. isn't effect.

Can somebody tell me why?

Hi,

Planned Orders and Purchase Requisitions generated via MRP will be created with atleast the Minimum Lot Size Quantity.

For e.g. Material M1 has get min lot size as 100 and there is a requirement of 80 then system will generate a PR of 100 since this is the min requirement set in the material master for MRP.

i have set the min lot size ,but after MRP, the quantity is not the Minimum Lot Size.

is there other paramaters ?

thats related to the lot size according to which the PR or planned order is created... so let me know the other parameters which depends.............
