Yes, you can create multiple hierarchies in the universe. Just beware that when you drill down you need to make sure you select the correct hierarchy as it could lead to confusion.
In the Universe if you create Those 2 Dimensions with different names and put those in the Hierarchies then with different Drill down property can be done and you can chose it accordingly on the Deski reports.
