No IDOCs on monitor after an upgrade

Basis guys have done an upgrade in qas and now when I try to reprocess an existing idoc with the TC we19 with status 03 (founded in we02) I cant see anything in the sxi_monitor.

When I go to SM58 in R3, it appears:

IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS

"IDoc adapter inbound channel: Error Error while re..."

Anyone knows whats going on here?

hi,

sxi_monitor on ECC won't show anything related to IDocs in latest versons, only the messages sent using proxy or RFC will be shown here.

Use TC we02 in XI u shb be able to see idocs that XI received or sent to ECC.if you don't see the idoc here, that means XI IS didn't receive your idoc.

check TC IDX2 in XI which will show you whether the idoc meta data is imported into XI or not. some times because of this your Idocs will not be sent to XI.

Ask your basis team to recreate the RFC destination. and test the connection.

if anything didn't help you, please paste the entire error that you received in SM58 in the thread,

- Have you tried IDX5 on XI?

- On ECC the SM58 TC should tell you the problem while XI receives the Idoc (if there's a problem).

- Check if your RFC connections are working fine from ECC to XI and viceversa.

The problem was the update that basis guys do.

It seems to be all fine because we have done a restore of XI.

It seems like your queues are not activated. Go to TC:SXMB_ADM - Manage Queues and activate all of them.

Hi.

I activate them in that TC by pressing F8 (previously checking radiobutton "queue activate") but nothing happens.

When I go to Monitor QRFC I can see lots of things in there, but they dont dessapear.

Any other idea please? full points awarding
