Difference between SAP AFI and Smart AFI?

HI Experts,

Please guide me on beloww questions.

I have worked on credit risk on BA and new to AFI/SAFi env.

1)Difference between SAP AFI and Smart AFI?

2) is PEBT/USBT used in SAFI as well? in which step..

Please help with information..

To answer your questions:

1) Check out the following 2 videos showing the benefits of a new Smart AFI solution:

To have more detailed picture on differences, you can also check the documentation links below:

• Classic AFI
• Smart AFI

Both links refer to SAP online documentation on functions, transactions and customizing to be used in each scenario. You will find menu tree (Table of contents) on the left side of the page, which you can use to navigate through.

2) No, PEBT/USBT are not used in sAFI, since the latter has its own steps. I would recommend to review the links I have already provided above (especially you can compare which steps are used in each scenario under section "End-of-day processing"):
